Reef Shortlisted for 2017 Google AdWords Agency Award

We’re proud to announce that Reef Digital Agency is shortlisted for the 2017 Search Innovation Award by Google. The Premier Partner awards are held annually by Google to recognise ‘foresight, innovation and dedication to deliver consistently great digital marketing solutions’ and this year is the debut of the global award programme in the AU/NZ region.

MyRepublic’s Rapid Growth in Australia

We’re hoping to be recognised for our work with MyRepublic; a telco challenger brand from Singapore who partnered with Reef to launch in December 2016. The target was to achieve a 1% market share, but actual market share is now 3% and growing. While this is an intensely competitive market, dominated by big players, a close working relationship has helped to achieve substantial month-on-month growth by leveraging the power of effective Google AdWords management alongside a range of other digital marketing channels and technologies.

Following the success in Australia, Reef are now working with MyRepublic to continue the story in New Zealand.

Judging Criteria

Google assess a number of areas as part of the judging process including agency culture, team training, how we have built client relationships, the use of technology as well as the quality and performance of search campaigns.

Next Announcements Are in August

Our fingers are crossed! Award winners in each market will be announced in August at in-person events or via email. From the six winners in each category, one regional nominee per category will be chosen by independent judges to represent Asia Pacific at the global awards. Those nominees will compete at the global awards against nominees from the Americas and Europe, the Middle East and Africa in each of the six award categories. Global winners will be announced at the Google Partner Summit in New York City on September 28, 2017.
